ISRO 320 Scientist / Engineer Recruitment 2025 – New Exam Date Announced

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has officially announced the new exam date for the Scientist/Engineer Recruitment 2025. The written examination, earlier scheduled for 14 September 2025, will now be conducted on 26 October 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  •  Electronics: B.E./ B.Tech in Electronic & Communication Engineering (65% Marks).

  • Mechanical : B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with (65% Marks).

  • Computer Science : B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering with (65% Marks).
  • Electronic - PRL :  B.E./ B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engg. (65% Marks).
  • Computer Science  - PRL : B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering with (65% Marks).

Age Limit Details

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years

  • Maximum Age: 28 Years

  • Age Cut-off Date: 16 June 2025

  • Age Relaxation: Extra relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen candidates.

Selection Process

The ISRO Scientist/Engineer 2025 selection will be based on:

  1. Written Test – Objective-type exam for shortlisting candidates.

  2. Interview – Conducted for those who qualify in the written test.

  3. Document Verification & Medical Examination – Final stage for appointment.


Salary (Pay Scale)

  • Selected candidates will be appointed at Level 10 of the Pay Matrix.

  • Basic Pay: ₹56,100/- per month.

  • Additional allowances such as HRA, DA, Transport Allowance, and other benefits as per ISRO norms.
