Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years

• Maximum: 42 years (as of 1 September 2025)

Number of Posts & Qualification

• Treasury Officer (TO): 5 posts – Bachelor’s degree in any discipline required

• Assistant Treasury Officer (ATO): 30 posts – Bachelor’s degree in any discipline required

• Total Vacancies: 35  

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted through the following stages:

1. Written Examination (usually 3 papers, 3 hours each, 300 marks in total)

2. Interview / Viva-Voce (40 marks)

3. Document Verification

4. Medical Examination 

Pay Scale

• Scale: ₹53,100 – ₹1,67,800 (HPSC Level-9) per month, along with allowances as per Haryana Govt norms
